The Neon Shih Tzu is known for its peach-colored glow. This glowing effect can be seen on its ears, front paws, eye spots, tail, and back. To create a Neon Shih Tzu, you'll need four Full Grown Shih Tzus.
For an even more vibrant version, the Mega Neon Shih Tzu takes it to the next level by having the glowing areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow. Crafting a Mega Neon requires four Full Grown Neon Shih Tzus.
