Overview
The Cryptid is a legendary pet in Adopt Me! that made its debut during the Halloween Event in 2025. Players could originally purchase it for 1,500 Robux, but it's no longer for sale.
This unique pet features four distinct forms. Its default form is akin to a dog with vibrant orange fur, a white underbelly, and striking red tongue. The alternative forms include a mysterious green goat, a cunning fox-like creature, and a formidable dragon.
Since the event has concluded, the Cryptid is now obtainable exclusively through trading with other players.

Like all pets, it learns a new trick at each growth stage as you age it up from Newborn to Full Grown:

Neon & Mega Neon
The Neon Cryptid's dog form features light blue glows on its face, chest, underbelly, feet, inner ears, and tail tip. In goat form, it shines light green on its tail, chest, beard, body, ear spots, and tips. The fox-like form is highlighted with light green in its inner ears, chest, and tail underside. The dragon version has a light green glow on its claws, horns, wing membranes, and other parts.
To achieve a Neon Cryptid, you must combine four Full Grown Cryptids. For a dazzling Mega Neon, you'll need four Full Grown Neon Cryptids. The Mega Neon version cycles through rainbow colors in the same glowing areas as the Neon, with eyes always remaining green.
