The Golden Penguin is a legendary pet in Adopt Me! that first waddled into the game on August 24, 2019. This cheerful pet could originally be acquired by offering a Golden Goldfish, priced at 225 Robux, with a slim 10% chance of success.
Visually, the Golden Penguin is a vibrant reimagining of the regular Penguin, featuring a striking yellow body and flippers. On July 14, 2022, it was replaced by the King Penguins, making this pet available only through trading.
The Golden Penguin was one of the first pets to require a special item for taming!
