The Cymbal Ingredient serves as a throw toy. When used, players can toss it for their pets to fetch. It was also used during the event to transform a Monkey into a Toy Monkey by combining three of these ingredients with a Monkey.
While the event is over, you can still obtain the Cymbal Ingredient through trading or by opening any leftover Monkey or Premium Monkey Boxes.
The Cymbal Ingredient can provide a 3x Bucks and XP bonus when used to fulfill a pet's 'catch' task.
