The Neon version of the Tasmanian Devil emits a light red glow on its inner ears, eyebrows, the tip of its tail, and the beige areas of its face and neck. To create one, you'll need four Full Grown Tasmanian Devils.
For the Mega Neon, those glowing parts cycle through all the colors of the rainbow, adding an extra dazzling effect. To obtain a Mega Neon, you'll need four Full Grown Neon Tasmanian Devils.
