Overview
The Tarantula is a rare and limited pet that debuted during the Halloween Event 2025 in Adopt Me! Players initially had the chance to obtain it by hatching a Basic Egg or Crystal Egg, or by trying their luck with Spider Boxes.
This spider-like pet features two beady black eyes, sharp brown fangs, and a beige body accented with autumn-orange stripes along its legs. Its dark brown padded feet and signature black stripes from its head to its abdomen complete its unique appearance.
While the Tarantula is no longer available through eggs, players can still acquire it by opening any remaining Spider Boxes or through trading with other players.
In Arachnophobia mode, the Tarantula's feet become disconnected and it loses its fangs.

Open a Spider Box
Try your luck with any remaining Spider Boxes for a chance to get the Tarantula (33% chance).
Trade
Trade with other players who might own a Tarantula.

Like all pets, it learns a new trick at each growth stage as you age it up from Newborn to Full Grown:

Neon & Mega Neon
The Neon Tarantula features glowing golden yellow parts on its legs, fangs, body hair, head, and feet, giving it a striking appearance.
For the Mega Neon Tarantula, these same areas radiate in a vibrant cycle of rainbow colors, making it even more eye-catching.
