River is a unique and limited uncommon pet in Adopt Me!, introduced to players on July 27, 2023, along with its counterparts Dylan and Pistachio.
This doll pet stands out with its small, blocky build reminiscent of a lego figure. It features a cheerful look with yellow skin, short black hair, and a cute smile. River is dressed in a doctor's outfit, complete with a stethoscope around its neck.
Although no longer available for purchase directly, River can still be acquired through trading with other players or by opening any Wrapped Dolls that are still unused.
River was introduced alongside two other doll pets in a special update.
