Overview
The Moonbeam Butterfly is a stunning legendary pet in Adopt Me! that made its debut on June 13, 2025. It was introduced as part of the Butterfly Sanctuary, taking the place of the Prismatic Butterfly.
This elegant butterfly was obtainable using a Snapdragon Flower, which players could purchase for 25 Social Stones. However, this opportunity was available only at night and came with a 4% chance of success.
As of June 20, 2025, the Moonbeam Butterfly is no longer available from the Snapdragon Flower and can only be acquired through trading.
The Moonbeam Butterfly is part of the limited-time Butterfly Sanctuary event.

Transforming the Moonbeam Butterfly into a Neon requires four Full Grown copies. The Neon version of this butterfly has a captivating glow, with its wing veins and antennae shining white, wing spots and eyes glowing light blue, and its wing cells exhibiting a gradient from dark to light blue.
For those seeking an even more dazzling display, the Mega Neon Moonbeam Butterfly is created by combining four Full Grown Neon versions. This butterfly cycles through a rainbow of colors on its antennae, wing veins, and wing spots, while maintaining light blue glowing eyes.
