The Kelp Crewmate made its splash in Adopt Me! as part of the Summer Festival 2025, introduced on July 18, 2025. This unique pet could initially be obtained by opening a Kelp Raider Box, which required 13,000 doubloons to purchase.
With a 55% chance of appearing from the box, the Kelp Crewmate is a charming addition to any collection. It is characterized by its orange body, light orange facial freckles, and two claws. The pet also sports a stylish dark blue and off-white striped bandana and a light brown coat.
While you can't get it from the boxes anymore in-game, you might still acquire this pet through trading with other players or opening any remaining Kelp Raider Boxes you might have.
The Kelp Crewmate's design includes a trendy bandana and coat, making it one of the more fashion-forward pets in the game!

Neon & Mega Neon
The Neon Kelp Crewmate lights up with a soft yellow glow on its freckles and bottom pincers, with glowing light blue accents on its clothing and bandana.
For the Mega Neon version, the glowing areas cycle through the colors of the rainbow, adding a vibrant touch to the pet's appearance.
