You could originally find the Lion's Mane in the Regal and Standard Chests or purchase it directly from the Accessory Shop when in rotation. It's also available through the Admin Abuse Box and trading with other players.

How to Obtain
Open Regal or Standard Chests
Purchase and open Regal Chests for 300 Bucks or Standard Chests for 105 Bucks to get a chance to find the Lion's Mane.
Buy from Accessory Shop
Check the Accessory Shop for the Lion's Mane when it's in rotation, available for 500 Bucks.
Open Admin Abuse Box
You may get the Lion's Mane for free by opening an Admin Abuse Box, if available.
Trade with Players
Engage in player trades to obtain the Lion's Mane if others have it available.
