He is instantly recognizable with his bald head, big toothy smile, and signature red tophat. His ensemble is completed with a gray shirt layered under a red Hawaiian button-up, Naruto-themed pants, a turtle shell backpack, and a white kitty perched on his shoulder.
Though no longer present in the game as of July 14, 2022, NewFissy was originally one of the developers who brought Adopt Me! to life, alongside Bethink.
